LME-WMS is no doubt a revolutionary concept and a miracle product with the latest state of the art technology, but LME is fully aware of the need to have a world class installation and after sale service. For these reasons, LME has kept the Installation and after sale service within its corporate body itself. Whereas our channel partners, that is our Franchise shall provide the sales stock and application support, our Service engineers shall provide the pre-site survey as well as do the actual installation. LME-WMS carries a warranty of three years except for the Hardness probe that carries a warranty of six months. Details of the warranty are provided with the product when shipped.

There are multiple levels of service support for the LME-WMS system as follows:

1. Franchise’s sales and application support people, from your local area.
2. LME Sales and Service Engineers, also from your local area.
3. LME Sales and Service Coordinator, and Application Engineering staff at headquarters in Bangalore. This is a 24/7 service at 080-46 56 4000.
